Project Management Essentials ($130)

This one day course will provide participants with the tools they need to develop and manage a project from inception to conclusion. This includes knowing how to plan and estimate your work, sequence activities, evaluate progress and obstacles, and collaborate with staff and stakeholders to get the job done.
