Unauthorized Practice of Immigration Law

The Office of the Attorney General presents: a workshop on Unauthorized Practice of  Immigration Law (UPIL). There has been an increase in these cases where  dishonest individuals falsely disguise themselves as attorneys and charge immigrants hundreds or thousands of dollars for immigration services, forms or by providing them legal advice on their cases. In many Latin American countries, this process is also known as Notario Fraud. Come learn how to prevent becoming a victim of UPIL
