WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR ENROLLMENT?

After attending an Info Session and meeting with a Career Advisor to determine next steps, you will need to be prepared to submit the following documents:

All documents will be collected securely either in-person or via DocuSign

Proof of Out-of-School Youth
Only need ONE of the following – if you do not have one of the following listed, please speak to your Career Advisor about other acceptable documents.

  • Copy of High School Diploma, GED, or Hi-Set
  • School Drop Out Letter
  • High School transcript showing either a graduation date or a withdrawal date

Proof of Worker Authorization/Citizenship
Only need ONE of the following – if you do not have one of the following listed, please speak to your Career Advisor about other acceptable documents.

  • U.S. Birth Certificate
  • U.S. Passport
  • Permanent Residency Card

Selective Service Compliance
Only needed for customers assigned male at birth born on or after 1/1/1960 and who are over the age of 18.

  • Go to www.sss.gov/ and fill out the information and print the Registration Verification
  • DD214
  • U.S. Passport or Certificate of Naturalization for non-U.S. Born Citizens

Program Eligibility
Verification Documents needed for only ONE of the following for proof of program eligibility. Career Advisor will provide detail on needed documentation for the eligibility requirement applicable.

  • Experiencing homelessness or unstable housing Currently or previously in the Foster Care system Offender or Justice Involved
  • Individual with Disabilities
  • Pregnant or Parenting
  • Low income individual who:
    • is an English Language Learner
    • Basic Skills Deficient
    • Requires Additional Assistance
